Coach Nick
Nick is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer. He was born and raised in Helena, Montana, where his passion for health, fitness, and sports began at an early age. Nick went on to attend the University of Jamestown, where he earned undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Health & Fitness Administration while also playing collegiate baseball. During his time at the university, he completed a year-long internship with the university’s strength and conditioning coach, working primarily with athletic groups from a variety of sports backgrounds. This experience strengthened his understanding of athletic performance, strength development, injury prevention, and individualized training.
For the past six years, Nick has worked in both clinical and surgical settings as an orthopedic technician. In this role, he has worked closely with physicians and physician assistants, gaining extensive experience in orthopedic care and developing a deeper understanding of injuries, recovery, and the human body.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His hobbies include sports, fishing, hunting, and golf, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
Helena has always held a special place in Nick's heart. Having been born and raised in the community, he is excited for the opportunity to give back and serve the people of Helena through personal training. With his background in exercise science, athletic performance, and orthopedic care, Nick looks forward to helping members of the community become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.
